The doctor review
A Malta-registered doctor personally reads your answers within 24 hours. Some cases are invited to a short video call first; that is care, not friction. If treatment is not safe or not right, the answer is no, and you pay nothing.

Approval and payment
If a plan is right for you, our team messages you on WhatsApp with the doctor's decision and a secure payment link. Once you pay, your private prescription goes to a pharmacy you choose.

Ongoing care
You collect at your pharmacy, and the follow-up lives on WhatsApp: check-ins, renewals reviewed by your doctor, and honest answers when you have questions. Cancel anytime.
The follow-up
Care that messages you back
Your aftercare does not live in a portal you will never open. It lives on WhatsApp, with a team that knows your file and a doctor behind every clinical decision. Renewals happen through short online reviews, doses are adjusted when your doctor sees a reason, and a question asked at ten in the evening is still a question we answer.
The prescription
A normal prescription, handled privately
Where treatment is approved, you receive a standard private prescription, valid in Malta and Gozo. It goes to the pharmacy you choose, which means you can choose one where nobody knows your name. You pay the pharmacy for the medicine at its own price. We never sell or ship medicines, and no branded parcel ever reaches your door.

Sometimes the answer is no
A service that approves everyone is a shop, not a clinic. Our doctors decline treatment when it is not safe or not appropriate, tell you why, and point you at the right door instead, even when that door is your GP. When that happens, you pay nothing. It is the least profitable thing we do, and the most important.
