This website never decides your treatment. A Malta-registered doctor sits with you on a video call, goes through your case with you, and sometimes the answer is no. Here is the whole journey, start to finish.

What happens after you press start

Choose your care
Weight loss, hair growth, sexual health, testosterone or mental well-being. The journey is the same for each, and it begins with the same free online pre-assessment.
- Step 2
The free pre-assessment
Typed questions about your health and your history, answered from your phone. No payment details at this stage. It is what your doctor reads before your call, so the 20 minutes you have together are spent on you rather than on paperwork.
- Step 3
Book your consultation
You choose the time that suits you, and €59 is paid when you book. That is your consultation, and there is nothing else to pay us before you speak to the doctor.
- Step 4
Meet your doctor on video
At the time you booked, a doctor registered with the Medical Council of Malta calls you on video and goes through your case with you for 20 minutes. Every patient has this call; there is no version of this where you skip the doctor. If treatment is not safe or not right, they tell you so, and they tell you where to go instead.
- Step 5
Your prescription, in your inbox
If the doctor prescribes, your private digital prescription is emailed to you as soon as the doctor issues it, usually straight after the call. It is a normal Maltese private prescription, signed, and it covers what the doctor has decided is right for you. It also sits in your patient portal.

Collect at any pharmacy
Take it to any pharmacy in Malta or Gozo, including one where nobody knows your name. You pay the pharmacy directly, at its own price. We never sell or ship medicine. Where your programme has care running between consultations, what follows is set out below.
What it costs
Two numbers, then how long you stay
Two numbers pay for care: €59 for a consultation and €29 a month for what follows. Neither ever covers medicine, and the only other cost anywhere is the morning blood panel on the testosterone pathway, which the laboratory prices and charges rather than us.
The online pre-assessment is free. You pay €59 when you book, and that is what covers your 20-minute intake consultation with the doctor. The €29 a month starts only after you have been seen.
A consultation is always €59. If you want another one in a later month, that month is €59 instead of €29.
Ongoing care between consultations. When your prescription runs out, ask for a renewal from your account. Your doctor reviews it and, if it is still right for you, the new prescription is emailed to you. WhatsApp support when something changes.
How each programme is sold
- Weight lossSold as a 3, 6 or 12-month course, and three months is the minimum. Less than that and there is not enough time to judge whether the treatment is working for you.
- Hair growthSold as a 3, 6 or 12-month course. Hair answers slowly, so we do not sell it a month at a time and let you conclude too early that nothing happened.
- Sexual healthOne consultation at a time. Book again when you need to, with no plan running quietly in the background.
- TestosteroneOne consultation at a time. Test first, read the result with a doctor, and decide from there rather than committing in advance.
- Mental well-beingMonth to month. Stay as long as it is helping, and cancel the moment it is not.
Weight loss and hair growth are sold as a course, which is the consultation once and then the monthly fee for each month of it: €146 for 3 months, €233 for 6 months or €407 for 12 months. Sexual health and testosterone are bought one consultation at a time and carry no monthly fee at all, so nothing runs between consultations.

The follow-up
Care that messages you back
Ongoing care between consultations. When your prescription runs out, ask for a renewal from your account. Your doctor reviews it and, if it is still right for you, the new prescription is emailed to you. WhatsApp support when something changes. A doctor is behind every clinical decision, doses are adjusted when your doctor sees a reason, and a question asked at ten in the evening is still a question we answer.

The honest part
Sometimes the answer is no
A service that approves everyone is a shop, not a clinic. Our doctors decline treatment when it is not safe or not appropriate, tell you why, and point you at the right door instead, even when that door is your GP. You are not put on a plan, and you are not sold something adjacent to make the visit pay. It is the least profitable thing we do, and the most important.
