Nobody needs to know

Private, in every sense

Malta is a small island. The pharmacist might be your cousin, the GP delivered you, and the waiting room has eyes. So we removed all of it. Your assessment happens on your phone. Your review happens with a doctor you never have to face across a desk. Your prescription is collected at any pharmacy you choose, which means you choose one where nobody knows you. No branded parcels, no phone calls to your house, nothing to explain to anyone. This stays between you and your doctor, the way medicine is supposed to.

Who this is for

If any of this sounds familiar

  • Erections are unreliable, and it is getting in your head
  • It started gradually, or it comes and goes with stress
  • You finish sooner than you or your partner would like
  • You have been putting this off for months or years
  • You would rather manage it quietly, with a real doctor, from home

Not suitable

  • Under 18
  • Taking medicines for chest pain or angina
  • A heart attack, stroke or serious heart problem in the last 6 months
  • Chest pain during sex or exercise

If any of the last three apply, the right first step is a doctor in person, and our assessment will tell you so kindly and clearly. That is not a rejection; it is the review doing its job.

How it works

Three steps, none of them out loud

  1. Step 1

    The free assessment

About 5 minutes of direct, respectful questions about your health, your heart and what is happening. Honest answers make safe treatment possible.

  2. Step 2

    Doctor review within 24 hours

A Malta-registered doctor personally reviews your case. This is a proper medical review, not a checkout: your heart health is screened, because it matters here more than most men know. Some cases are invited to a short video call.

  3. Step 3

    Ongoing care

If treatment is right for you, your private prescription goes to your chosen pharmacy, and your plan begins: renewals, dose adjustments, a check-in after the first weeks, and doctor messaging whenever you need it.

What's included

A plan, not just a prescription

The honest part

Sometimes the answer is a heart check first

Here is something most websites in this category will not tell you: erectile difficulties can be an early signal that your heart and blood vessels need attention, sometimes years before anything else shows. It is one of the most useful warnings the male body gives, and it is usually ignored. This is why our assessment asks about your heart, your blood pressure and your fitness, and why our doctor will sometimes say: see a doctor in person first. If that happens to you, it is not a no to treatment forever. It might be the most valuable thing this website ever does for you.

  • Chest pain during or after sex: stop, and call 112.
  • An erection lasting more than 4 hours is an emergency. Go to the Emergency Department the same day.
  • Sudden changes to your vision or hearing during treatment: stop the treatment and seek urgent care.

Also worth knowing

Low drive that arrives with low energy, fading strength and a flatter mood can point at testosterone, and testosterone is measurable. One €99 assessment, morning blood panel included, read by a Malta-registered doctor before any plan exists.

FAQ

Asking is the hard part

What conditions do you treat?

Two of the most common and least talked about: erectile difficulties, and premature ejaculation, which simply means finishing sooner than you want to. Both are medical conditions, both are common at every age, and both usually respond to treatment. Neither is a verdict on you.

Who sees my answers?

Your reviewing doctor and our small clinical team, and nobody else. Your answers are a medical record, held in medical confidence. They are never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never discussed outside your care.

Why do you ask so many questions about my heart?

Because erectile difficulties and heart health are connected, and a service that ignores that is not looking after you. Our review screens your cardiovascular health properly. For most men the outcome is straightforward and treatment proceeds. For a few, the honest advice is a heart check first, and giving you that advice is part of the job.

What does it cost?

The plan is €39 per month, with your first consultation included. The assessment is free, and you only pay when the doctor approves a plan; if the doctor declines, you pay nothing. Medicine, where prescribed, is paid for separately at the pharmacy, at the pharmacy's own price. No binding period, cancel anytime.

What treatment will I get?

That is decided by your doctor, for your body and your situation, and EU rules rightly do not allow prescription medicines to be advertised to the public. What we can say: the established treatments in this area are well studied, there are options for use as needed and options for daily use, and your doctor will talk them through with you privately before anything is prescribed.

Is treatment safe?

When it is prescribed after proper screening, for the right person, it has a long and well-understood track record. That screening is exactly what your review is for, and it is why we ask about your heart and your other medicines. You will also get clear safety rules in writing, including the ones that matter most: chest pain during sex means stop and call 112, and an erection lasting more than 4 hours means the Emergency Department, same day.

Will my partner or anyone else find out?

Only if you tell them. There are no branded deliveries, no calls to your home, and no waiting rooms. You collect from a pharmacy you choose. Many men tell their partner in their own time, and some find the conversation easier once the problem is being handled. Both are your call.

What if it is not really about medication?

Sometimes it is not. Stress, anxiety, relationships and sleep all play a part, and sometimes the physical side is a symptom of something else that needs attention. Your doctor will tell you honestly which is which, may combine treatment with practical guidance, and will refer you onward if that is what your health actually needs.

Handled, quietly

Three minutes of honest answers, a doctor within 24 hours, and a plan that stays between you and your doctor. €39 a month with the first consultation included. Most men wait years. You do not have to.
